Dear Freedamn Heads
Two days ago, I spoke with Stanley Mouse by phone.
I first met him…in 1999.
Uniquely, Gary Fisher (pioneer of mountain bike movement from Bay Area) introduced me to Mouse
Since then, I had visited at his studios many times to lear about many thing;
his Early 1960s Hot Rod T-shirts maker times
and his “Skull & Rose” episodes for Grateful Dead!
I never forget about photo session with Mouse at Alton Kelly’s house.
You know that Stanley Mouse suddenly appeared at THE REEF last Feb,
and he started drawing DEMO for audience at the booth of Orange Crush Export”!
Many people had been waiting line during two days!
I was so happy to see such nice scene with Mouse!!
Mouse is always very QUIET man…..
“Rin, sure me and my daughter will drive from SF and arrive in Downtown LA on 2/12!”
SUPER GOOD!
