Now Japanese news says “Please don’t gather in Shibuya Tonight!” Yes, today, 10/31, is the Halloween day and many (stupid adult) people will have a big “street party” in Shibuya. I was planning to have a dinner with my friends in Shibuya (next to Ebisu) as well, but it should be cancelled….
“Inspiration Tokyo 2026” will be held on 10/31-11/1/2026. (I already booked the same space.) Will we have Halloween party next year?! Hahaha.
