If you are not happy with any item you have purchased, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt for Rin Studios LLC online store credit only.
Product must be returned in their original box/packaging and not used.
Returns that are sent to us without the proper RA# Number or without their original box/pakcage will be refused. Please contact us at email@example.com to receive Return Authorization prior to making your item to receive a refund. Invoice# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Appliances may be returned to the manufacturer directly. We test all appliances before they are shipped out to ensure proper working condition. All appliances come with all manufacturer warranties.
We only offer merchandise of the finest quality. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise (see Return Procedure).
Sale and custom order/special order merchandise are final sale
At your request, we will: Replace or exchange the merchandise (you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways), or Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check only if your payment was by a method other than credit card).
